I read what you've sent, look at whatever exists already, and come back with an honest view. If the Four Week Build isn't the right fit for where you are, I'll say so and tell you what is.

Four 60-minute coaching sessions across one month, plus email support in between. We build your homepage, about page, two services pages, navigation, categories, subscription settings, free and paid welcome emails, post templates and your brand identity.

We get on a call together. I show you examples, I tell you what I'd recommend and why, and you decide what you want. Once we've agreed, I go in and set it up inside your Substack, so it's done properly and it isn't sitting on your to-do list. You see everything before it's built, and nothing goes live that you haven't agreed to.

No. You make the decisions with me on the calls, and I do the setting up.
