Four weeks, inside your Substack
It's all async, over email. Each week you tell me where you're stuck and what you've done. I get into your Substack, look properly, guide the next move, troubleshoot the parts that won't behave, and build alongside you where it helps.

We fix what a new reader sees in the first ten seconds. Your header, your one line promise, the thing that tells them they've landed in the right place.
Your about and welcome
We write the about page and welcome that make a stranger understand what you do and how to work with you, so the right people stay instead of drifting off.
A clear way in
We build the path from reader to enquiry. The button, the link, the words, so your Substack actually points people towards hiring you.
The technical bits
Sections, navigation, buttons, your booking or enquiry link. I get inside and resolve the fiddly parts that have been quietly stopping you.
Your first posts
We shape a handful of posts and your welcome email so people who land actually stay, and so the whole thing reads like you.

You work when it suits you and send me what you've done. I get into your Substack and move it forward. Here's roughly how the four weeks unfold.

Async means no calls to book. You work on your schedule, and I reply within a couple of working days, Monday to Thursday.
I'm Dimi
I help coaches, consultants and creative service providers turn Substack into a way of getting client enquiries, rather than just a bigger list. Before this I spent more than ten years in marketing and technology.
I built my own Substack to several thousand readers at a twenty five per cent open rate with no paid promotion, and my website pages sit on the first and second page of Google. So I know the small, well positioned version works.
I don't chase subscriber counts and I won't build you a growth machine. I build publications that bring the right people to your door. If that's the summer you want, I'd love to spend August helping you build it.

It's coached and hands on, rather than done for you. I guide the creative process, get inside your Substack to troubleshoot and build the tricky parts, and we make the calls together, so what you're left with is genuinely yours.
What if my Substack doesn't exist yet?
That's fine, we can start from scratch. August is a good month to build the first version properly rather than patch it together later.
How much of my time does it take?
A couple of hours a week, on your own schedule. You send me what you've done, I get in and move it forward, and you pick it back up when it suits you.
